The crew from Sabor Latino, a new downtown Lee's Summit restaurant joins Nick in studio for a conversation about a growing restaurant and building a new home in downtown. The restaurant is slated to open at the end of January. Oh, and be on the lookout for a new bingo game.

It was a weird week. Interview 1 fell through. Interview 2 had to back out (we sort of forgive her, but made her promise to reschedule), so Nick called his buddy, Nigel Woodbury, to see if he'd stop by for a chat. It was supposed to coincide with Kansas City's Restaurant Week and be all about Lee's Summit-based food and drink. That worked, sort of. But there's also some good stuff about this local ambassador's path to Lee's Summit and a love of story telling that still drives him.
