Lee's Summit newcomer Forest Vance enters the vault for a talk with Nick and Liesl on his path from California through the NFL to landing in Lee's Summit with his young family. Now retired from professional football, Vance owns and operates fitness centers in Lee's Summit, as well as the Sacramento area. The gyms focus on kettle bell training as a way to help adults achieve realistic fitness goals.
