And if host Nick Parker had his way, he would have presented Arbo with a nice double-breasted suit on his final evening of service. On Tuesday, Arbo participated in his final City Council before retiring on Wednesday. So, what issues were the Council tackling in Arbo's final hours? Council took in a long-awaited presentation on a Diversity & Inclusion study and talked about what's next for the City's economic development plans now that it has terminated its public service agreement with the Lee's Summit Economic Development Corporation. Nick and co-host Jason Norbury note this is the first time members of Council have publicly offered any reasons for the termination since it was decided in closed session.
