On Tuesday, Arbo participated in his final City Council before retiring on Wednesday. So, what issues were the Council tackling in Arbo's final hours? Council took in a long-awaited presentation on a Diversity & Inclusion study and talked about what's next for the City's economic development plans now that it has terminated its public service agreement with the Lee's Summit Economic Development Corporation.
