They also cover the growing number of organizations that are opposing the proposed landfill development near the southern border of Lee’s Summit.
The podcast also highlights the Native Plant Sale on April 22nd, 2023, celebrating Earth Day, and featuring a Callery Pear Buyback program, as well as assistance in choosing native plants for your property. Additionally, the podcast mentions the University of Central Missouri’s partnership with Black Rocket online learning company to offer STEAM summer camps for children aged 6 to 14.
